In case our product doesn’t meet your expectations, which is highly unlikely, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it.
In the rare eventuality you wish to exchange a product, please be guided by the following –
- Our exchange policy is valid for seven days. If it’s been more than 7 days since you received your order, we’re afraid we won’t be able to offer you an exchange.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for an exchange. It has to be in its original box as well.
- Important: Due to differences in colour reproduction, brightness, resolution, and temperature between devices, the colours you see on your device may vary. Please contact our customer engagement team for further information before making a purchase. If you require ‘daylight’ photographs, they will be pleased to help you. Exchanges due to colour perception issues will not be accepted.
If the saree is in stock, it will be dispatched as soon as payment is received. Depending on the county and distance, DHL takes 2- 7 days.
If the wrong item is sent, we will send the correct item as soon as we receive the wrong item.
